Louisa qualified as a Pharmacist from The University of Manchester in 2005 and has specialised in the area of cancer pharmacy for the last 10 years. She is currently the lead oncology Pharmacist at University College Hospital in London.
In 2017 she was awarded a travelling fellowship from the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust and carried out research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Hospital in New York in the area of integrative medicine. Louisa is passionate about supporting patients through chemotherapy when they choose to explore an integrative as well as alternative approach and is currently developing a guideline to help health care professionals safeguard patients against the frequent exploitation prevalent within this area.
